I don't like this. This man's health is being put at risk. Sure, it's a great story, but you can't compete at 60. You don't have the speed or quickness and you can be injured. It's just the facts. I wouldn't dream of hurting my knees or shoulders or risk concussion doing this. And you can work out and think you are doing great relative to yourself, but if you ever go up against 20 year olds you get smoked. Today I wouldn't even try to sprint for fear of rupturing a hamstring or Achilles. I'm all for trying new things and trying to be young, but sometimes it's just prudent to admit your physical limitations and risk of injury.
