IDK man. The first 6 Sabbath albums were pretty kick ass. They didn't bonk until Technical Ecstasy IMO. I think that was the coke coming into the studio though.
Paranoid was my favorite of that group.

I like Masters of reality, it was m first Black Sabbath LP in early 70s, but I think Paranoid was better, in his own way
