Close to 40,000 illegal aliens from China are now living in the United States despite having been ordered deported by a federal immigration judge, a new report suggests.

“Roughly 390,000 undocumented Chinese immigrants live in the US, according to the Migration Policy Institute, with more than a quarter residing in California,” The Guardian reports. “Nearly 38,000 of them are thought to have final removal orders, according to ICE data from November.”


The Biden administration allowed illegal immigration from China to boom in the U.S. from 2021 through 2024. Last year, for instance, the House Homeland Security Committee published southern border data showing that Chinese illegal immigration had increased to record levels.

The figure is significant for a country like China, whose migrants typically illegally travel through the California-Mexico border to sneak into the U.S., but are part of a larger illegal population with final deportation orders.

Undercover LEOs trying to infiltrate Chinatown crime gangs generally can't since Mandarin is a very difficult language auditorily for non-native speakers.

When the CCP took over Hong Kong there was US federal legislation, not sure if passed, to bring Hong Kong police officers to the US ostensibly to infiltrate Chinese criminal gangs in the US.​

400 thousand? Hardly worth even noticing. Why do I just know that 99% of them work their asses off, stay out of trouble and are probably the best neighbors you could ever have. I have had three different sets of Asian neighbors and was very sad to see them leave whenever they did leave.
I'd like to have them back.

I don't think there are 390,000 total undocumented aliens from China here.

I don't think there are 390,000 total undocumented aliens from China here.



Given the sheer number of Asian massage parlors out there, 21 doesn't seem like a big number of those who do things they aren't supposed to be doing.

In general I don't disagree with you, but it is disturbing that the majority of the 39 thousand entered towards the end of the Biden administration in ONE BIG WAVE. And nearly all were fit looking single men. Suspicious to say the least.
