According to the New York Times, "The Boston Bombs Were Loaded to Maim."
According to Obama "anytime bombs are used to target civilians, it is an act of terror."
If so, why isn't the Times and Obama apologizing to the Laotians?

The same day the bombs went off in Boston similar devices killed between 33-42 innocent bystanders in Iraq. Apparently the latter IEDs were aimed at influencing voter turn out in upcoming elections. It doesn't take a lot of imagination to know what effect similar terror tactics would have on voters in the upcoming US midterms. Boston is just the beginning.
