I was at a local shop today and they had a Beretta Minx. I gave $175.00 for it as it was the only caliber I was missing from my Beretta tip-up barrel collection.

The little pistols were not available for 10 years after 1968 NFA Act till Beretta started making guns here and it was redesigned with a safety added.

Pretty useless in .22 short but I guess it's better than harsh language given the higher velocity .22 short rounds available.

I've always found the tip-ups to be accurate within 7 yards so I guess you could use it to dispatch critters. :dunno:

Tip-up barrel? Single shot?

I never had much use for micro pistols like this .. when I was young and dumb, I purchased a .25 ACP which has very disappointing outcomes.

This pretty much explains it all....Of course that's the Minx 950BS, the newer version with the safety.
