I learned that there were secret meetings to send the Jews to Madagascar after Nazi Germany conquered Western Europe, and before the invasion of Russia, but British seapower prevented this from happening.

I wonder if fewer of them would have been murdered if they could have transported them there instead of to concentration camps. Not sure if it would have happened, but it was debated by Heydrich and Himmler.

I have known about it for years, it was most of the Country's elite of the time, many supported Hitler before the war along with Oswald Mosley, there was a film made about Children survivors of the Ghetto and camps who came to Windermere lake district in 1945 at first even they were met with some hostility.
The film was called the Windermere Children.
