Ya ...we owe the Frogs for their part in the Revolution and the Statue of Liberty but PUUUULEEEZZ!!! They were NEVER a dominant world power. Napoleons shenannigans don't really count because the world was in such a mess during that period that anyone that wasn't bankrupt(which was most of the civilized world at that time) could have done what he did..and better.
