Seems like a good way to be. I pos rep good posts (for whatever reason). I pos rep much more often than I neg rep. I neg rep dishonesty, posts that have no point except to insult. Unfortunately, there are a lot of those.
I wonder if this guy has chilled yet? Maybe he took a few shots. LOL.
I use repping like peer review. I award good posts, and neg blatant dishonesty. IMO, it helps with overall quality, even with the little bit I have.
