You cannot force people to condone or promote other people's value systems and lifestyles. That would be the state establishing a religion. How is it that California can ban a class called "Important Christians in History" in public schools that ties a person's accomplishments to their faith; while simultaneously forcing with no parental opt-out, children in public schools to take "Important gays in History" that ties a person's deviant sexuality to their accomplishments? Any scholars want to take a stab at whether or not that course is now illegal under this USSC decision on NEUTRALITY and states not establishing official ideologies to promote in the public?
