    The last drag race I went to at Sonoma Race Track, the distance was 1/4 mile. But dragsters have got a lot faster and hit higher speeds now so if I go again, it will be 1,000 feet long.

    I used to drag race at 5 of the drag strips. I am a bit up to date such as they cut from 1320 feet to 1000 feet to give them time to stop.
