Thank each and every one of you for the compassionate support. The first day of chemo went good. I had no bad side effects. I have been home today with a fanny pack until tomorrow where I go for treatment. It's a great hospital with a great staff. Thanks again.:biggrin:

I had surgery for a blockage and stage 3 colon cancer. I had a port inserted into my body. a port is a thing in which they implant under your skin to receive the needle used for the chemo. Wish me luck. I start chemo September 1.
