Photographing a wedding doesn't mean that you are participating in it. Actually, the whole idea is that they are a "fly on the wall" just capturing the images of the people that are participating. I'm sure that most of the time the wedding photographer doesn't know anything about the people...

I know that it happens on both sides but it seems like it happens more often from people in support of this law.
