Retired Realtor for over 45 years. Like many, I worked a lot of interesting jobs working through college. Late teens and 20's worked as a salvage diver out of Miami, the Keys, the Caribbean, and a few trips to Cuba. Retail management brought me to Tallahassee in 1971. An offer of a promotion and transfer BACK to Miami moved me into real estate in 1974. I was very active in our local, state, and National Association of Realtors. Bought and sold for my own account, owned and managed real estate offices, taught for all three associations, and my own seminars. Professional speaker on a number of Speaker Bureaus. Also taught real estate pre-sales associate and broker courses along with courses I had written. Hobbies include motorcycles, buying another new Harley now. Back in the day, I raced motorcycles. Sailing is also a pastime.

Other than that, I'm just an old codger whose cancer is in remission to give this ol' guy a bit more time on the new bike.
