The fund was set up directly to settle a case that was about to be dismissed. Trump personally sued the United States, who's justice department is controlled by.... Trump. So Trump the person sued Trump the President, then Trump the person and Trump the President settled for 1.8 Billion...

There might be a few who do deserve compensation, I have not heard of any yet. Why don't they sue the government for it? This Trump fund is to be kept secret, so we will never know who the 1.8 Billion will go to. Could be Trump, Todd Blanch, Stormy Daniels to keep her mouth shut again...

Why wouldn't they? They stay silent on most things Trump does. Do they even need Congressional approval?
