Trust cops or not, but if i feel threatened at night, they are my best option. As I dont trust my kick butt skills over someone who might have a gun. That is my opinion, and I don't trust cops that much either.

I am not ASSUMING anything. That's the problem here. Noone know who started it. If we did, there would be a lot less issues. But, WHY didn't Martin call the cops if he felt threatened????? That is what I do not understand.

GZ may have been (in his mind) trying to do the right thing even if it means putting yourself in danger for the good of the neighborhood. I dont know and dont care as it doesn't matter. That has nothing to do with what happened. Again, if Martin would have just called the cops (911)...
