    Makes sense. People have problems with way companies makes money...OK , but not paying a living wage is an extra outrage. Most unionized workers are at minimum wage rates.

    To "repeal" an EO, Congress would need to pass legislation correcting what the EO does. It is not as simple as a yes-no vote.
