Do you have some evidence to support that claim? I have not heard of Chinese fishing in the Arctic. Besides, the primary food of polar bears is not fish but seals. And seals ALSO require ice for their feeding habits.

Polar bears do not possess blubber. They will eventually have to evolve back to a land-based animal as the Arctic is going to eventually melt. But their population is going to plummet before they do. And there is a non-trivial chance that will simply go extinct before they are able to do so.
