Teams rise and fall. It's been that way for a long time. Look at Connie Mack's Philadelphia Athletics. That's guy's fortunes would rise and fall. Managed for 50 years. He had a losing record and is in the Hall of Fame. Although one has to wonder if the Cleveland Browns will ever cycle back...

Great thread. Should be permanent. I remember reading the CopBlock site a few years back. I had read it in awhile, so I just checked. It's still around. There is another site of all police and they don't let any detractors on it. The name is one the tip of my tongue.

I don't know who is worse, Philly fans or New York fans. And I use the term "fans" loosely.

Forget the salary cap. It is nonsense to see all this parity. I want a dominant team to root against. That also brings in fans. And if you are lucky enough, then you just might be that dominant team.
