It does seem like there is some thawing between Israel and the Gulf States. They are already cool with UAE, Morocco, Sudan, Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain, and Kazahkstan. Rumor has it that Saudi Arabia might be next. If the Saudis join the Abraham accords, the rest of the Gulf States will follow...

Indulging this delusion is the sole reason that no Palestinian state has been created in 80 years. Why compromise on a 2SS if Israel will be gone one day because you say so? Palestinians have no incentive to compromise if you're telling them that one day, Israel will magically disappear...
