I dieted for over a year. If my body did acclimate by then it wasn't gonna.

I am speaking from personal experience. I lost 70 pounds, then I gained it back. To keep it off you have to be hungry all the time, and not eat the things that appeal to you.

Losing weight is easy. Keeping it off is hard.

Now that places like England and Canada jail people for speaking, we might want to ask them if giving up their guns was a good idea.

Until we lost our morality because of the left, we had no mass shootings.
