If it's true and Russia hacked every single thing we have (so the stories sound) why was it so easily done? Was it easily done or did it take a long time? Why as the most powerful nation on earth, isn't our computer and intelligence info better kept from this happening (if it actually did)...

When things are messed up in life or areas of business you start all over and just re-do things. Why not say "ok USA, we have to straighten this mess up... let's have a re-do and everyone just go to the polls one more time and vote and we will stick with the outcome." Forgive my ignorance...
