From the Great James Whitmore or *- Brooks Hatlen the
Commander in the Twilight Zone episode :
- On Thursday We Leave for Home - { 1963 }
A powerful demonstration of " selfishness,dissatisfaction,
divisiveness,with all the misery we've had here ".
Replying to what were believed to be a " Messiah " in
the form of a Ship arriving to take them back to earth.
Where years earlier they had to flee due to the threat of
a new type bomb { stronger and more awesome than some Atom bomb }
These fleeing " colonists " were saved and nurtured along for years by
" a tought drill sergeant type " came to be called their Commander.
Here's an example of " Captain Benteen " .. " Now listen to me.I want to
tell you some things that you haven't heard before.Things that are ugly.
Things that are wrong.Things that cannot be lived with.There is violence
on earth.There are hatreds.And jealousy.Now listen to be and listen
carefully.The earth is a place we do not know.The Earth is a place we have
never lived in.It is a society we do not belong in.We will die of a misery we
have never experienced before.Loneliness.Loneliness like animals in a
zoo. "

* The Shawshank Redemption

" Only if they know ... The Earth is Not a Garden.
Never was garden and never will be a Garden. "
Pretty mush sound like what Klaus Schaub and John Kerry
seem intent on pushing.
I mean ... Life { specifically plant life cannot exist w/o
CO2 }.

" Please don't leave me here.I want to go home "
Last words from Commander Benteen after the ship departs
high up in the air and leaves him behind.
All alone to his devices.
