The parent was the one who let a 3 year old ride a ride like that. But i am sure they will sue.


I am with you..... 3 years old for me is far to young to be on a ride like that.... and any ride alone in my opinion.

My Son was at the rodeo before this happened. Glad the kid was not killed.

Unless the brother was an adult, there's no way you let a 3 year old on there without you. Now, I don't know if there could have been any negligence on the part of the rodeo, but there clearly was on the part of the mother.
