Would you let your teen trundle off to school in this latest fashion:
OK, so what in Hell is THAT?
It's the work of one of the most (until now) under-appreciated artists or the 14th Century.
The paintings of Hieronymus Bosch were popular for their exquisite details: a man playing a flute made out of his own nose, a bird-monster devouring sinners and pooping them into the gaping maw of a pit. Bosch’s best-known painting isThe Garden of Earthly Delights. The center of the triptych (above) shows a horde of naked humans at play.
Happy Hieronymus' art is all over new line of Doc Martens, tennies, purses and even briefcases! Yes, even on a line of (I couldn't resist providing the link) of skateboards (I pulled the link because it wasn't just showing them; it was trying to sell them).
So when your little princess........
Oh, sure you'll let her!
Provided you have a sufficiently eccentric sense or humor.
