Worst Case Scenario Ferguson.What If A Severe Storm Or Tornado Knocks Out Electricity For Weeks?

Spring is coming soon, along with peak weeks of Tornado & Intense Storms in the mid to eastern States. Now this is just a hypothetical yet still a possibility. What if a very severe thunder/rain/high wind event stampedes into Missouri causing medium to severe damage and especially in Ferguson. Does anyone vision repair crews dying to head for Ferguson and climb those tall ladders and risers with so much rage in that community? And just keep in mind what happened to two police officers last week. What it boils down to is, how will the angry protesters feel when "Those White Racists" wont be around to put their electricity back on.
