You want to be taken seriously after you call a former president a "cult" leader? No wonder Trump wanted to form his own media outlet. The liberal media still can't shut up about Trump even though he's been out of office for over two years.

I saw the most amazing example of TDS on FBN today.

2 ladies I never saw before are talking about S*P downgrading US banks today & one likens it to Trump being arrested again. After the first time it happens it's not such a shock any more.

Nearly three in five Americans wrongly believe the US is in an economic recession, and the majority blame the Biden administration, according to a Harris poll conducted exclusively for the Guardian. The survey found persistent pessimism about the economy as election day draws closer.

The poll highlighted many misconceptions people have about the economy, including:

55% believe the economy is shrinking, and 56% think the US is experiencing a recession, though the broadest measure of the economy, gross domestic product (GDP), has been growing.
49% believe the S&P 500 stock market index is down for the year, though the index went up about 24% in 2023 and is up more than 12% this year.
49% believe that unemployment is at a 50-year high, though the unemployment rate has been under 4%, a near 50-year low.

How come the people believe wrong? Isn't the "liberal" media properly informing them? Or perhaps the media isn't liberal.

If you disregard the fake inflation numbers the government has been using for years and use realistic numbers instead, the economy is shrinking.

Ha! Here we go again. When Obama was POTUS, the unemployment numbers weren't real. As soon as Trump got in and unemployment went down .001%, suddenly it was real and the greatest economy ever. You Republicans are good at this. It's never good enough when a Democrat is in charge. I remember you guys didn't even like Bill Clinton.
