Forget the fact this monster served HALF of a 40 year sentences, he should have never got let out of prison. He RAPED a 8 YEAR OLD!!! How evil does one have to be to do that? Then he admitted to raping 6 OTHER GIRLS!!! Now he got out and raped and killed another young girl!

You Rape ANYONE then you should be in jail for minimum 50 years! You rape a child you should never see the light of day!
