She still has a job because there is no bias at the DoJ.
They most likely will lose their job. Like Strzok it takes time. Reason is, as civiil servants they have a host of rights that must be addressed before the actual removal. Its an extensive, time consuming process

I don't want to limit anyone's speech, but I personally would not have someone so juvenile in behavior working for me.
In terms of the particular circumstance, her rights end where others begin, and her actions did not affect only her target.
