Excellent question, since the President will not say radical Islamic terrorist. The name radical Islamic terrorist actually excludes decent persons of Arab descent, which should be a good and not bad thing.

Three investigations, in my opinion, means he should have been flagged as someone not to sell guns. Something triggered the investigations. What should have happened, in my opinion, the FBI investigated him, put up a red flag on his owning a gun. Then if he wanted a gun then he would appeal the flag. That way his "right" to own a gun would be preserved but so would public safety. What the FBI did, resulted in 50 deaths. That outcome does not seem to me to be the desired outcome.
