    we're proposing obama as the standard for smarminess in a democrat and rick perry, governor of texas, as most smarmy republican.


    huggy has tossed george stephanopoulis in to the mix

    normally i wouldn't either, but when it took off in conversation, the latent academic in me was compelled to grab it and give it in to the community.
