Who is Ray Epps and how is his case not the same as those jailed?

Frankly it is not possible that 1000 strangers who happened to be part of the protest can be guilty of an insurrection.

Justice for Floyd was met with the arrest of cops. Frankly this is an injustice against the cops.
But to compound that injustice against the cops with an injustice against citizens who were engaged in lawful protest makes no sense.

Time to evaluate this damned mess.

First let me evaluate the opening sentence. What is an insurrection? Well it is not wishing the Feds are wrong, it takes a physical act including the means to insurrect for there to be a crime. Give you an example. A person is outside a bank. And the Bank is robbed by Thugs. But the person outside is not guilty even though he was walking outside the Bank. The act must be completed. Nobody reached the leaders of Government, In fact they were hiding out. So again wishing is not an insurrection.

Ray “the Fed” Epps

Other than become a victim of bizarre RW conspiracy theories, Epps didn’t do anything
You want a bizarre LW conspiracy? That a man who was 44 miles from DC could play a role in the protest at DC. Yet he is in prison for 22 years.
