Calif. is trying to Usurp Fed Law to protect illegal aliens from being deported.

    In my opinion:

    Saturday, August 25, 2012

SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA – Pro illegal alien lawmakers have presented a bill called AB 1081 to Governor Jerry Brown that would protect criminal illegal aliens from deportation. The bill is called the “Trust Act”.

The “Trust Act” would NOT obey the federal laws. It would usurp the federal law called the Secure Communities program which requires the police to check the finger prints of illegal aliens against a federal immigration database and then detain the illegals if they have bellied under the border fence illegally.

Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, D-San Francisco, said "Victims of crime, including domestic violence, are fearful of risking separation from their families and deportation."

So in other words when the illegal alien husband beats his illegal alien wife she doesn’t want him deported because he brings home the pay checks and is the father to her 6 anchor babies on welfare. (That the taxpayers are supporting.)

Tom Ammiano is a great supporter of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, (LGBT) movement. “In 1975 he became the first public school teacher in San Francisco to make his sexual orientation a matter of public knowledge.”

Some of the politicians strongly objected to the “Trust Act” bill and they said "it would take away an important tool for ridding California of lawbreakers.”

“This has become the be-kind-to-criminals Legislature," said Assemblyman Jim Nielson, R-Gerber.

“AB 1081 “Trust Act” bill passed the Assembly on a party line, 44-23 vote after a lengthy debate.”

After the opposition gave their opposing debates on the bill, Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, said that the opposition "had been in the sun too long building that silly fence"

Out of the millions of illegal aliens in California only 80,000 have been deported in last three years many of them were dangerous gang members and other violent criminals.

The illegal alien supporters expect Gov. Jerry Brown, “Governor Moon Beam” to “present the biggest hurdle to the bill's passage”

They call Jerry Brown “Gov. Moon Beam” :cuckoo: for a reason. So, we’ll just have to wait and see.
