All races could start by eating less crap like chick filet, McDonald's, sugary soda, chips. Look at Asians who used to eat small helpings of mostly vegetables and small bits of fish and who now eat more like the typical American diet.

No wonder we look like Chris Krispy Kreme Christie and are dying younger and younger.
