Which European countries remain not deeply Anti-Semitic?

Probably can somebody tell which European country ( folks ) were ( are ) not deeply Anti-Semitic and never expelled Jews or issued Anti-Semitic laws?

I read somewhere that they have been exiled over 100 times. Just look up the list of pogroms. It's probably easier to find on the internet than a cake recipe if I know Jewish people.

Lol! Antisemitism is a weapon, a tool. Does it exist? Sure! However, like racist or sexist or any other 'ist we should examine the facts surrounding the allegations before rushing to conclusions.
