Her Majesty's Robin Hood, Earl Of Locksley, was not at all like the newer vagrant, and occupation class, at all. The People's Republic of London, or thereabouts: Will aparently be keeping all the money instead!

Queen of England's income frozen until 2015 - TODAY People - The Royals - TODAY.com

Anyone now sees a bad moon, arising(?)!

The U. S. Ivy League, following the Maynard G. Krebisian school of economics--and its avoidance of "Work" as a viable concept: Has taken hold, even across the pond. Civil Service and the teachers will likely now be asked to thrive off Her Majesty's new largesse.

This would not be said an Obama Adminstration outcome in its inception. Anyone has to conclude a far more "educated" class of tastes to be in play.

The G., incidentally, stands for "Walter!"

(Ron Paul promises many peace pipes as part of new Republican agenda! Hmmm!)

The civil list is the rental of income given up by the crown under a reform during the time of George III. The crown gave up its right to 'treasure trove' for an annual rental. Under the former system the crown owned all the minerals underground and anything you found of value under your property belonged to the crown.

This allowed the UK to become a mining powerhouse in the 19th and early 20th century.

The civil list is not so much frozen as the list is regularized as recognizing the rents on the underground treasure is going to not grow or might even shrink during a recession.

The civil list is over and above the other sources of income of the crown. They are the largest property holder in the kingdom. As was the case in the 11th century the largest part of their income is from rent on land.

The civil list is a recognition that the UK has a really old constitution. and parts of it are a bit archaic and silly.

The Bush Tax Cuts, in the United States, demonstrate daily that support of the rich doesn't work very well. Even the Tea Party blames everything on T.A.R.P.

In the event anyone missed the 2008 crash: That system wherein the Rich Get Richer, and the Poor don't get enough--Costs the rich dearly, even in money!

Her Majesty's government itself likely noticed:

"In 2010-11, the royal household had an income of 32.1 million, a far cry from the 77.3 million in taxpayer funding that the Queen once enjoyed back in 1991-92."

So, for any Republican Anglo-philes: There is a bit of new art, here to appreciate. It is of a different kind from the water-pissing boys type of Vatican, Penn State Flemish School, Art-Syracuse-Byzantine, Healthy, Shower habits on display!

Danger! Adults and Children. . . .At loving, child's play things!

If power corrupts, then clearly any rationalized, income disparity: Corrupts absolutely(?)!

If Western Civilization is regarded at all moral: Then surely one or another deity is medically insane!
