Apparently, the next Batman movie will have the Riddler, Catwoman and the Penguin....plus the mob guy in it. When a movie has this many different villains it usually ruins the movie...too many stories to cover, the main story gets shredded and weakened........in The Dark Knight, the villain was the Joker....two face was at the end and not a central part of the story so it didn't weaken the focus of the movie....

The Batman Should Have MULTIPLE Endings (One for Each Villain)

So far, The Batman’s cast includes a host of unpredictable, varied names. Robert Pattinson assumes the lead role, and already four villains have been confirmed: John Turturro plays mobster Carmine Falcone, Zoe Kravitz is Catwoman, Colin Farrell is Penguin, and Paul Dano dons the Riddler’s green suit. These are not typical comic book movie stars, supporting the conclusion that Matt Reeves has a different take on Batman and the genre.

They need to make a batman movie as dark as the comic book!

It would be as dark as the TV series "The Walking Dead"...if not more so.

and knowing these people they will try and do 4 origins stories in the movie which really will weaken the main story...

Now...if they did the story where a crime was committed and Batman was trying to figure out which of the villains actually did it......that might be okay.....if you just have penguin and riddler without origin stories, already known and accepted. But......the problem is.....they are both known for wanting their crimes to be known and public...they don't try to conceal anything so that wouldn't work.....
