When things escalate to the point that "white shirts" have to go all hands-on they are bringing a ass-kicking with them....It's part of the force continuum that is seldom considered.

They show-up pissed-off for having to be there in the first place as they are usually the ones you see standing about after the fact second guessing the rank and file officers.
