When they legalize homosexual "marriage."

Wouldn't it be funny if the feds passed a law banning it as "interfering with commerce"?

The government should not be involved in marriage at all in my opinion, as that is a position to control individual liberties. When I read the constitution, I find nothing in it that states that the government should play an active role in what should be a spiritual union.

I firmly believe that all benefits of marriage should be removed and the label be reserved to those that wish to enter into such a contract. We spend far too much money on debating the issue and it's one that really has no place in a Federal government.
