    who is the man who is running for President?

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2BA_9QJRrE]YouTube - McCain Agrees to the Principles of "Clean Campaign '08"[/ame]

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbcuqfaroe4]YouTube - McCain's Respectful Campaign[/ame]

    so what happened? is it that he realized he couldn't win just running on his record and his ideas for the country?

    I laughed when Cindy McCain said they would rather lose the election than go negative... that, I think, might've been the height of hypocritical bullshit reached in this campaign.

    I don't think he really changed. He just wasn't being truthful to begin with.

    I don't think he changed quite so much as some of you do.

    I was never impressed that McCain was a closet democrat like it seems some of you were.

    He voted the Bush line 90% of the time, he supported the war, he did support tax breaks for billionaires.

    McCain is a neo-con no less than Bush, and he always has been folks.

    He's never been a "maverick".
