A young black man walking in a white neighborhood after dark will have his feelings hurt. As he walks down a sidewalk people will cross the street to avoid his approach. People will lock the doors to their cars and roll up the windows. Children will be told to stop playing in the front yard and to come inside.

Nevertheless, that young man will not be physically hurt. He will be safer than he would be walking in a black neighborhood after dark.

Blacks commit 37 percent of all violent crime. Making it impossible for whites to commit 65 percent or even 60 percent.
