    Exercises are must for healthy and long living because without regular exercise our body becomes dull and inactive and so some common and easy regular exercises should be done.

    I usually try to go for a run every day and if I can't make at least every second day. It helps me keep my thoughts organised because I go over the whole day while running. It also helps me stay fit and healthy. Additionally I try to keep my eating habits healthy and well structured.
