The liberal media managed to bring down the entire Nixon administration with unrelenting pressure and secret "informants" created to uncover the details of a 3rd rate burglary. It seems that the Obama administration's attorney general might be mixed up in weapons running and murder but the media is in a cover-up mode instead of doing it's job and investigating allegations of corruption. Apparently Holder's anemic defense centers around his claim that he didn't know the details of operation "fast/furious" but recent revelations indicate that the A/G approved wiretaps related to F/F. In addition to the US Border Patrol agent who was killed with an F/F weapon it is alleged that hundreds of Mexicans were murdered including a prominent Mexican attorney.

Libs are hysterical about fair and balanced Fox news. Imagine if the media used an undisclosed, unverified informant on a democrat president.

"Deep throat", Federal Bureau of Investigation Associate Director Mark Felt, retired long ago.

We assume "deep throat" was Mark Felt" because that's what W/B told us. As planned, Felt died before his identity was disclosed and he could verify the fiction that W/B was writing at the time.. Imagine using an unverified undisclosed "informant" to bring down an administration and keeping his identity secret for thirty years until he died and didn't have to verify the fiction W/B were writing.

I guess that's why most of Nixon's aides pled out or were convicted and spent numerous years in the stir!
Those damned liberals brainwashed and got one presidential resignation
40 government officials indicted or jailed
H.R. Haldeman and John Erlichman (White House staff), resigned 30 April 1973, subsequently jailed
John Dean (White House legal counsel), sacked 30 April 1973, subsequently jailed
John Mitchell, Attorney-General and Chairman of the Committee to Re-elect the President (CREEP), jailed
Howard Hunt and G. Gordon Liddy (ex-White House staff), planned the Watergate break-in, both jailed
Charles Colson, special counsel to the President, jailed
James McCord (Security Director of CREEP), jailed

If it wasn't due to Deep Throat, then it must have been the little guys in the flying saucers.
