No it isn't. It was a unanimous ruling. Those of us who are level headed knew this ruling was coming. I'm still not sure why everyone wasted time and energy on this

The above does not say an individual cannot run for office, neither does it suggest use of a 5th amendment bypass of the 14th Amendment

Are you really that ignorant? You really need to read Article 5. The house and the senate can propose an amendment, with a 2/3rds vote in each, but it requires the approval of 38 States to actually become an amendment.

That said, Trump is eligible to run for and hold office, period end of story.
