    The PV does represent the national will. The EV represents the geographical and demographical will of the states. And the EV is not going to change.

    I know that the PV represents the will of the people nationally and the EV represent the will of the people in their states and regions. Why would you make a claim that you can't support. Oh, because you are Dot Com.
