I personally am sort of pissed that no new wall is going to be built. My retirement plan was to open a chain of thermite stands down in Mexico so they could bring down the silly thing if they wanted to cross.

As for the spotter vehicles….

Found them "Union del Barrio" funded through membership fees and community events. Basically if you are in an area full of Illegal immigrants and you and your buddies pay the Membership fees to "Union del barrio " they will warn your group if Police or ICE are in the Area. I was right Private security for Illegals inside America. These are most likely back door funded by drug cartels! Here! Say you collected this money from donors and go patrol for ICE, Police, DEA, we know how to return a favor!
