Virginia Refuses to Track Refugee TB, State’s High Rate of Foreign-Born Cases Climbs

The state of Virginia refuses to track the number of refugees it resettles who are diagnosed with active tuberculosis (TB).
This refusal continues even as the number of cases diagnosed in the state has increased for two consecutive years, from 180 in 2013 — the year former Democratic National Committee chairman Terry McAuliffe, a staunch Clinton ally, was

Well I guess when their kids start coming home with it, reality might hit the trendy's then. Warning what is going to happen doesn't seem to sink in when certain people have their heads so far up the Government ass they listen to nothing. But oh well jeopardize your kid and wait for the rush of " Forced vaccines" which by the way don't fkn work , but hey you'll help make big pharma nice and rich off the backs of your kids health. How darling.

Many states still have old laws on the books concerning the documentation and patient requirements for TB. Those that have considered it for awhile may wanna take a look into it to see what can be legally done prior to it coming into their state.

Cool, let's support a data base of all of those with AIDS, TB and law violations who own guns, so we know which can infect innocent people. and place all of them in camps.

I don't have a problem with a data base of AIDS patients. There is nothing in the constitution that gives you protection for carrying around and spreading deadly and incurable diseases without it being documented.

Even gun owners are registered when they buy guns by law they have the right to have and own the gun.

There are new drug resistant strains of TB that will kill you dead. Obummer dosen't care enough to follow America's immigration law.

Gun owners? There is no mention of "guns" or a "gun" in the Second Amendment. There is mention of "Arms", which include weapons of war, including some the foundners could never have imagined, i.e. Nuclear Weapons. It doesn't take a high school graduate to understand that the 2nd A. would one day include weapons of war capable of ending civilization, or that all forms of arms which exist today should be available to every person to own, possess or have in their custody and control any one of them.

Get over it. We are keeping our guns!

It is the Congress whose job it is to pass Immigration laws you dingbat. And it is the job of the Center(s) for Disease Control, an agency of the Federal Dept. of Health and Human Services job to mitigate the transmission of TB in America, an agency which should not be funded since it is not listed in Art. I, Sec 8 by other dingbats like you want us to believe.

OMG, YOU have a gun??!!! If you do that is the BEST argument for gun control.

You can keep your AIDS and TB to yourself but you cannot keep it secret and spread it around to others. Think of it as something akin to registering to buy your drugs. You can buy enough for yourself but not enough to be trafficking it.

They know who has guns, you have to get a back ground check before you buy one.

Listen asshole, we have immigration laws. Obama is not following them or enforcing them. He is escorting them across the border!

You are ignorant and pretend to know facts; that makes your post's lies.

My agency arrested many "illegals" for CA Penal Code violations (drugs, theft, battery, domestic violence, etc.) and we (I personally on occasion) called INS - now ICE - and left a message that the subject had been arrested and was in custody at the detention center. Most of the time the subject remained in local custody, was arraigned, plead or was found guilty, and place on probation, usually with a jail sentence as a condition.

At that point probation received the case and they too (by policy) notified the Feds; rarely did either of our agencies receive a response. When the offender was released from custody, the Fed's were once again notified by probation if the offender failed to report within the 10 days of release (a condition of probation).

The FTA resulted in the issuance of a no bail bench warrant for probation violations, and my agency or one of the other local CA LE agencies, eventually made an arrest and the cycle once again was repeated. All of this at the cost to local taxpayers, something which the Congress could prevent but didn't want to provide the funds.
