I eat mostly vegetarian but sometimes I have fish or chicken. A few of my family members are Vegan.

There are vegan interpretations of all Southern dishes.
Some are good, some are not.

I've had chicken fried tofu steak before, which was actually really damn good.

But, what I've found out about tofu is.......if it's not done right, it's horrible. You gotta find somebody that knows how to cook tofu correctly, in which ever manner it is to be used.
