general, organic, and biochemistry 4th edition sells for $132 new, 2$at bookbyte, and one dollar at the local used bookstore!

Organic and Biochemistry for today [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0495119628"]sells for $151 at amazon[/ame] I got the second edition (brown cover) for one dollar at the local used bookstore.
Introductory electronic devices and circuits, 4th edition (Robert. T. Paynter) for a dollar! I only found the lab book online.

human development across the lifespan is $45 new and 3-5 bucks online (plus shipping) used. I got it for a dollar.

digital systems principles and applications 7th edition (Tocci & Widmer), $28 new... guess how much it cost...

electricity principles and applications 2nd edition is 36 bucks new...*

electronics principles and applications 2nd edition was free (buy 5, get 1 free)

*They're up to the 6th edition now, but this should still be sufficient as an introductory course

Why are you buying those books?

There is nothing in them that will help you improve your message board trolling skills.

You might want to check your local library as well, JB. Ours at least, has an ongoing book sale. Paperbacks - $0.50, hardcover - $1.00. :woohoo:

I love used book stores. When I travel I like to hunt them out - oh and use the ones here of course. But travelling, I have to limit the number of books I buy because they're heavy. I want to go to Hay-on-Wye in England

Best one I've been to in the US is Leon's in San Luis Obispo, I loved it I had to go back a couple of times, books stacked up everywhere, just as it should be :D
