U.S. Attacks Britain Over Support For China-Backed Bank
One has to ask, is it any business of America's what the UK does with its money, and why should the US want to stifle a source of funding for developing nations?
My opinion is, the US is hunting for more power in the region, so doesn't want anyone else asserting influence in any way, especially China.
However, this is a totally peaceful venture, so why does the US want it stopped?
The U.S. government has expressed its disapproval of the U.K.’s application to become a founding member of the $50 billion Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the first G7 country to do so since the institution was launched last year to provide funds for infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region.
