Well you see it's like this, they were next to each other separated only by a window pane. They literally could have been maybe just an inch apart.
Problem was, her side of the glass there was this here air stuff. His side, water stuff. Her side breathable. His side, not so much.
He stayed out too long in the water stuff. She stayed in, where the air stuff was.
